Note:  All classes limited to 15 students. Please notify instructor for permission prior to make-up or drop-in. Drop-in fee is $18. Private Sessions are available. Class Descriptions

All Levels Mixed class for any level of yoga experience. Beginners welcome.
Level I For new and continuing students of yoga. Beginners welcome.
Level I/II For students with previous yoga experience, refine and strengthen fundamental poses. Inversions, backbends and beginning arm balances introduced.
Level II For more experienced students of yoga. To deepen and strengthen all poses. More advanced backbends, inversions and arm balances
Gentle A less intense yoga with focus on relaxation. With modifications this class can be appropriate for pregnant students.
Beginner Introduction to breathing techniques, yoga postures and body alignment.
Vinyasa: Breath-synchronized movement. A flow of poses that run together and become like a dance.
